2022 Soulsby Fellowships in One Health
Soulsby Fellowships in One Health offer a unique opportunity to individuals qualified in veterinary or human medicine who are early in their career (usually doctoral or early post-doc) and have an exciting proposal for a project in One Health, usually overseas. The Fellowship covers their travel and subsistence as well as some lab costs where appropriate. You can learn about our current Community of Fellows and their projects on our website at https://soulsbyfoundation.org/the-fellows/. You’ll see that we have appointed Fellows based in many regions (including LMICs) and conducting projects in very diverse geographical areas and topics - usually these are LMICs and the topics are of especial interest to members of RSTMH.
- Hold a degree in either human or veterinary medicine;
- Be affiliated with a biomedically relevant UK, EU, North American or Australasian academic institution (the Affiliated Institution); and
- Be seeking to conduct a project (the Project), normally overseas, in a field related to “One Health” and be able to describe the Project, and potential outcomes and impact of the Project, in detail.
